Q2) I was registered with your old website, why do I need to register with your new website?

A2) Unfortunately, due to the age and platform of our old website we were unable to transfer customer accounts and details to our new website, meaning our customers will have to register with our new website to enjoy all the new benefits the new site has to offer. RYE-PAC appreciates this is a minor inconvenience but thanks you for your support while we go through this transition to the new website.

Q3) Can anyone purchase from your RYE-PAC website?

A3) Only UK and Europe customers can presently purchase products from us via our website. International orders outside of the EU, have to be processed manually, by calling, or emailing us

Q4) How do I get to my account and view previous orders?

A4) Log into your RYE-PAC account by clicking on ‘My Account’ at the top of the homepage next to the shopping cart. Once you are logged in, click on ‘Order History’ to view your previous orders.

Q5) I have forgotten my  password, how do I retrieve it?

A5) -
1. Click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the homepage next to the shopping cart and click on the ‘Password Reminder’ button
2. Enter your email address that you registered with the website and click on the ‘Continue’ button
3. You have two options: Option one: we will create & send you a new password instantly. Option two: Answer your security question and reset your password (this is the security question you would have set up when you registered with the website)

Q6) Do you have a minimum spend? 

A6) no. you can order what you like, plus delivery charge.

Q7) Do you offer free delivery?

A7) Yes, if you are a UK mainland resident who spends over £120 (inc vat) and your parcel weight is under 30kgs, you will receive free delivery. If your order weighs more than 30kgs, you will be required to pay £7.95 per parcel before we can release your order.

Free delivery does not apply to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Europe and all offshore Islands.

Q8) Why do you not have Paypal payment method anymore?

A8)  Due to Paypal's increasing charges, we had to remove paypal as a payment option on our website. Our payment method will be Sagepay which is 100% secure. 

Q9) How do i make a European order?

A9)  European orders: All EU orders can be made via our website just sign up as a member with your address and country details and at the checkout select your country of delivery destination.

Q10) 0% VAT rate - I am a european customer with a VAT number and require 0% UK VAT rate.

A.10) Sign up to our website and then send us your email address that you registered with, please also send us your VAT number, company name, company address details. Once we have checked the details are eligiable for 0% rate vat, we will then apply the 0% VAT rate to your online account for you to make future orders via our website with the vat charged at 0%.
