Becoming, a RYE-PAC franchisee is a long term commitment, You'll need financial investment combined with a hardworking and hands-on approach to running a customer and business to business relationship company.
Join us as a franchisee and you'll benefit from a programme to help you take advantage of our proven system. You'll get on-going online support and advice to help progress you and your business throughout your term.
Running a RYE-PAC franchise means running it. The role would vary from working in the Warehouse and preparing the orders to dealing with sales, marketing and critical business decisions. It is emphatically hands-on. You will be leading your team and ensuring that at all times, the customers using your franchise receive the highest standards on each and every aspect.

Process
After several interviews, if we're both sure that a RYE-PAC franchise is right for you, you'll embark on your training programme which typically takes one month. This involves visiting our site as well as classroom-based tuition. The training is good, but you'll have to support yourself throughout that period, as well as provide a £999 training fee.
You'll need a remarkable aptitude for connecting and communicating with people. You'll be completely committed for at least 2 years.
Cost
As a guide, the cost typically ranges from £10,000 to £15,000. You will need to provide at least 30% of the value as unencumbered funds, the remaining 70% can be funded through a bank loan.
There's also a one-off franchise fee of £2,000 and a training cost of £999.
There are also on-going fees to RYE-PAC
- Service Fee for the use of the RYE-PAC Brand - 2% of all sales
- Contribution to the national marketing spend, currently 1% of marketing costs.
The above cost are only the costs involved in the franchise name not the cost for your franchise premises, business costs and stock, this is dealt with by you as an individual.
By becoming a RYE-PAC franchisee, you will be licenced to only purchase our products but at 28% lower than our mark up prices.
